This Privacy Policy describes how Zenharmonic, a California S corporation (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information when you use Selected Credits (the “Service”). It applies to all users of the Service worldwide.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We will only share personal data outside this list when (a) you direct us to (for example, when you publish a portfolio publicly), (b) it is necessary to provide the Service, (c) we are legally required to, or (d) it is part of a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), in which case we will provide notice and continue to honor commitments made in this Policy.

Most of our service providers are located in the United States. If you access Selected Credits from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest for stored files, hashed and salted passwords, and access controls limiting who on our side can see what. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.

Selected Credits is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area / United Kingdom), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information, including the right to know what we collect and how we use it, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

With your consent, we may send occasional product announcements and feature updates. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by emailing us. Transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts, security alerts, contact-form notifications you specifically subscribed to) will continue regardless of marketing-email preferences, because they are necessary to operate the Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email or in-product notice. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
